We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points.To accommodate your group, we assigned connecting rooms — one with twin beds and one with a king bed — to keep everyone close together, even though this was not specified in the booking.Regarding the TOZO earphones left in the room safe, we sincerely apologize for the delay in locating them. When our team entered the room, the safe was already open and appeared empty. As it is a large (laptop-sized) safe, the earphones were not immediately visible, having slipped into a back corner. Once found, we proactively reached out to inform you. Since there was limited time before your departure, we arranged same-day delivery via private car to Bangkok. The 2,000 THB fee reflected the actual transportation cost — with no added fees.On the issue of extra charges, please note that our room rates clearly state that the rate includes two guests per room. Any additional person is considered an “extra person” and subject to a standard additional charge, which includes setup and amenities.We also understand there may have been a miscommunication when our housekeeping staff asked to prepare the beds. The housekeeper intended to inform you that the setup would take approximately 10 minutes. However, due to limited English proficiency, the message may have come across more abruptly than intended — for that, we sincerely apologize.We regret any inconvenience caused, and we truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.
